Shipping policy

Delivery time is 2-3 weeks. Assembly is included. We deliver across mainland UK. Please note that we do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland. However if there are any delays you will be notified in advance. 

Once your order has been confirmed by our team you will be notified via your given Email address/contact number for your delivery date. If you miss your delivery a £60 redelivery fee will apply. Please ensure someone is home to take the delivery. 

You will receive a text message day before your delivery is due with a 4 hour time slot. On the day of delivery you will receive a call 30-45 minutes prior to let you know they are on the way to you.

Please measure carefully before placing your order. If delivery can't be completed due to access restrictions (e.g. tight staircases or narrow doorways), a £60 return fee will be charged. Also, assembly service fees are non-refundable in this case.

Please note we do not remove old beds and mattresses.
